Terms of Service

1.Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live.

If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2.Your account

You create an account with an email address and a password. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly through the feedback centre if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

You are responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account: do not share your credentials or resell access to the service.

3.Credits and purchases

Creating images uses credits. Credits are bought in advance from your account page. Purchases are processed by our payment provider, and credits arrive once the payment completes.

If a generation fails or a provider rejects your request, the credits reserved for that task are returned automatically.

Credits measure prepaid usage; they are not money or property. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred to anyone else, and expire only together with the account. We may change credit prices, but a change never applies to credits you already hold.

4.Refunds

Purchases are generally final, but we want you to be treated fairly: failed or duplicated charges are refunded in full, and unused credits can be refunded within 14 days. The Refund Policy explains exactly how it works.

5.Your content

You keep whatever rights you hold in the images you upload and the images you generate. You grant us only what running the service requires: permission to process, store and display your uploads and your results back to you.

You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to every image you upload, and that your uploads and your use of the results break no law and infringe no one's rights.

Subject to these terms, you may use the images you generate for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes. We do not guarantee that results are unique or free of third-party claims, so satisfy yourself before relying on them commercially.

6.Acceptable use

The Content Policy lists what you may never create. It forms part of these terms; requests that breach it may be refused, and serious breaches can close your account.

You also agree not to break the law, not to interfere with or overload the service, not to access it by automated means to scrape or resell it, not to reverse-engineer our software, and not to impersonate anyone.

7.Availability of the service

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided “as is”: we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change over time, and we may limit usage where needed to protect the service or other users.

8.Our liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

9.Termination

You may stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account through the feedback centre.

We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these terms or the Content Policy, if the law requires it, or if we must protect other users or the service. Where practical, we will tell you why.

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will give notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new version.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and disputes will be brought before the competent courts at our principal place of business, without affecting the consumer protections that apply where you live.

These terms are written in English; translations are provided for convenience, and the English version governs.
